How do I track my order?

Tracking Your Order

ARTbition ships all US orders via USPS. A flat  rates $10. USD apply to all shipping in the United States, International shipping flat rate is $50 USD. Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with ARTbition, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account", followed by "Orders".

Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Please note:

  • Before we can ship your order, we may need to confirm some additional details with your card issuer.

  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order begins processing and includes a 24 - 48 hour period where your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse. This can take slightly longer during sale.

  • Inclement weather conditions and international customs are also not factored into delivery time and may cause delays.

USA FLAT RATE shipping $10 USD- STANDART 3-7 Business days.


INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE shipping $50 USD - STANDART 5-20 Business days.

* First time orders must be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method. 

* We are unable to accommodate shipment to PO boxes or APO addresses. 


If an item you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified by our team.

How do I return an item?

Returned items must be unused, unused (if applicable) and must be returned in their original packaging, including any box, coat rack, clothing bag and other packaging materials that contain it along with all accompanying documentation.

Any returned products that are damaged, that do not include packaging materials, are dirty, or altered will not be accepted.

Keep in mind:
The return of the products will only be accepted if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Once your return arrives back at our facility, kindly note that it generally takes 48 hours or so to process, upon which you will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

What is our returns policy?

Return Policy

 We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 10 days from the date you received your order. Please note that orders must be returned from within the same country they were originally shipped to. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • If you find a product to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to return the defective item in order to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return.

  • If 10 days have passed from the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Items marked as SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items from the listed categories below are considered to be "Final Sale" and are therefore ineligible for return. Final Sale items will have a noted "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page, as well as within your checkout window and your confirmation email. Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.
